Introduction

PatentDrawing generates patent drawings and technical diagrams from descriptions and reference images, including product photos, sketches, and CAD screenshots.

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect your information, as well as your choices and rights.

We never sell your data. Stripe handles payment card details.

1. What We Collect

  • Your email and account details
  • Prompts, uploads, and generation requests (to create your images)
  • Basic usage data (to improve performance and reliability)

Authentication providers handle sign-in credentials. Stripe handles payment card details; PatentDrawing stores billing identifiers and order records. Prompts and uploads may contain personal or confidential information that you choose to submit.

  • Respond to your support requests

We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.

3. Cookies

We use cookies to:

  • Remember your session and preferences
  • Understand how users interact with our site (via analytics)

You can disable cookies in your browser at any time. Some features may not work correctly without them. We do not use cookies for ads or cross-site tracking.

4. Third-Party Services

PatentDrawing uses authentication providers, Stripe for payments, configured analytics services, and infrastructure providers for storage and delivery. Prompts, reference media, and generation parameters are also sent to the AI processing provider selected for the requested model. Current integrations include fal, Kie, and APIMart; the provider used depends on the model and service configuration.

We do not use your prompts, uploads, or generated outputs to train our own models. Processing by third-party providers is subject to their applicable terms and data policies. Do not interpret this as a guarantee about every provider's retention or training practices. Contact support before submitting unpublished inventions, confidential product designs, personal data, or other sensitive materials if you need provider-specific assurances.

We store account information, orders, credit transactions, task records, and uploaded or generated assets as needed to provide the service. History availability is described by your plan and is not a promise that every stored copy is automatically deleted when it disappears from history. Account deactivation and data erasure are separate operations. To request deletion of stored content, contact support; billing, security, backup, or legally required records may need to be retained.

5. Your Choices and Requests

Contact support using the email associated with your account to:

  • Request data deletion
  • Inquire about your data
  • Opt out of optional marketing emails
  • Ask which processing provider is used for your selected model

Do not submit content you are not authorized to share. Generated content is not automatically licensed to PatentDrawing for public promotion; separate permission is required as described in our Content License.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy in the future. If we do, the Effective Date above will be updated to reflect the change.
