Content Policy for PatentDrawing

This Content Policy explains what you may and may not create, upload, or share through PatentDrawing at patentdrawing.app.

Introduction

PatentDrawing is designed for lawful patent drawing and technical diagram generation. This policy covers descriptions, reference photos, sketches, CAD screenshots, generated images, and related use of the service.

You must follow this policy whenever you use PatentDrawing, including when entering prompts, uploading source materials, generating images, or sharing outputs.

1. Acceptable Use

You may create product line drawings, perspective and multi-view illustrations, exploded assemblies, process flowcharts, and system block diagrams for invention communication and technical review.

Use only reference materials you own or have permission to process. Do not misrepresent generated geometry, dimensions, labels, customer endorsements, or technical outcomes as verified facts. Review generated images before using them in technical or patent application materials.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use PatentDrawing to create, upload, request, or distribute content that includes any of the following:

• Sexual, pornographic, or exploitative material
• Gratuitous violence, gore, or abuse without a legitimate technical context
• Instructions or materials intended to harm people, animals, property, or systems
• False, deceptive, or dangerously misleading technical information
• Deepfakes, impersonations, or synthetic portrayals of real people without authorization
• Harassment, hate, threats, or discriminatory abuse
• Content that violates privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights
• Malware, fraud, scams, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards

3. Confidential Invention Materials

Upload confidential designs only when you have authority to share them with the service and its processing providers. Review our Privacy Policy before submitting unpublished invention information. PatentDrawing does not provide an attorney-client relationship or determine whether disclosure affects your patent rights.

Illustrations of devices or processes must not be used to facilitate illegal conduct, infringe third-party rights, or make unsupported safety or performance claims.

4. Content Moderation

We may use automated systems, human review, or both to detect and address policy violations. We may block prompts, limit generation, remove content, request additional review, or restrict account access when we believe a user or piece of content creates legal, safety, or trust concerns.

We are not required to publish or retain any content that we believe violates this policy or creates risk for PatentDrawing or others.

5. Reporting Violations

If you believe content or activity on PatentDrawing violates this policy, please report it to support@patentdrawing.app. Include a description of the issue, relevant links or screenshots, and any other information that will help us investigate.

6. Consequences of Violations

Depending on the severity and frequency of the violation, we may issue a warning, remove content, suspend features, terminate the account, deny refunds, or report conduct to payment providers, platform partners, or law enforcement when legally required.

Repeated or serious violations may result in immediate account termination.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Content Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date on this page. Continued use of PatentDrawing after an update means you accept the revised policy.
